Numbersthat makedecisions for you.
We build financial systems that help owners make the right decisions. We show why the business runs out of cash, which line of business earns money and which drains it, and how much each company in the group truly makes.

How PnL Studio is built
Not reports for the sake of reports — financial tools that let the owner see where the money is and make decisions on that basis. Tailored to your business, founder-friendly, first working reports in 2–3 weeks.
First we define what, how and why to measure — only then we pick the tools.
The model follows your product's logic. Project format — no mandatory monthly retainer.
Hardware, manufacturing, IT, GameDev, digital, groups of companies across multiple jurisdictions.
We translate accounting from accountant speak into the language of decisions: pricing, terms, inventory, resource allocation.
First working reports in 2–3 weeks. Google Sheets, Airtable, QuickBooks, Xero, ERP — chosen to fit the client.
Not reports — decisions you can see in the numbers
Each service answers a concrete owner's question: where the money is, who earns it, and who drains it.
Bespoke engagements only. No templates. Every mandate is scoped to the founder's structure.
What we do — Full listThree niches where we're strongest
Groups of companies, multi-currency structures, several jurisdictions, different business models under one roof.
Non-standard business models: long development cycles, hybrid revenue models, licences, royalties, custom development.
We design the system, run it together with the owner, and then hand it over to an in-house finance lead — no dependency on the consultant.

How we turn chaos into numbers you can act on
Real projects across different industries. Client names are under NDA, but the situation, the work and the result are exactly as they happened.
Built unit economics for each service line. Discovered that one of three lines generated 70% of revenue but was funded on par with the rest. Found an oversized team in the loss-making line and pricing below break-even in two of three lines. Reallocated resources and aligned margins across the portfolio.
Margin grew from 8% to 21% in 3 months. The owner saw for the first time which lines actually feed the business.
Built a 13-week cash flow and identified a structural 45-day cash gap between client payments and contractor payouts. Renegotiated client terms, introduced a 50% prepayment and built a reserve covering one month of operating costs.
Cash gaps disappeared within 2 months. The owner stopped funding the business from personal money.
Built management accounting from scratch: a single P&L across all jurisdictions, functional-currency accounting with revaluation, revenue and cost breakdown by product. Introduced a one-page monthly report for the owner.
For the first time in 3 years of operations the owner got a full, transparent picture of the business — per product, jurisdiction and currency.
Built a full financial model: P&L, cash flow and balance sheet over 3 years, cohort-based unit economics, base/worst/best scenarios, runway and break-even. Prepared an executive summary for investors.
The model passed due diligence with no remarks. The startup closed a $400k round.
