1. Who we are
The data controller for your personal data is FOP Chernova Marianna Mykolaivna, individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, tax ID 3339709001 («PnL Studio», «we»). Contact: info@pnl-studio.org.
2. Data we collect
- Contact data: name, email, phone (if provided), company — when you fill in a form, request a consultation or subscribe.
- Payment data: payer name and transaction/transfer reference required to issue an invoice and meet tax record-keeping rules. Payments are made by direct transfer to the FOP's bank account (including Revolut, Monobank, USDT, USDC) — we do not accept or store card credentials.
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer — for analytics and security.
- Communication content: messages you send via forms or email.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Performance of a contract — order processing, service delivery, template downloads.
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, service security, product improvement, analytics.
- Consent — marketing emails, non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, responding to authorities.
4. Who we share data with
- Banks and payment services (the FOP's bank, Revolut, Monobank, USDT/USDC networks) — to receive payment for consulting services. Only data strictly required to process the transaction is shared.
- Infrastructure providers: hosting, email delivery, analytics (e.g. Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend, Google Analytics) — acting as processors on our instructions.
- Professional advisers — lawyers, accountants — when needed.
- Public authorities — where required by law.
5. International transfers
Some of our processors are located outside Ukraine, the EEA or the UK. In such cases we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other appropriate safeguards required by GDPR.
6. Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for: contact data — until you unsubscribe or request deletion; payment records — for the period required by tax law (typically 7 years); analytics data — in aggregated/anonymized form. After that data is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase your data («right to be forgotten»);
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability);
- withdraw consent for marketing at any time;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

We apply technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption, access controls, data minimisation, regular vendor reviews.
